    Excelente localização, hotel confortável, como um todo, reformado, cama boa, e quarto com um ótimo tamanho.

    o serviço de arrumação do quarto demorou para ser realizado. Poderiam ter arrumado o quarto ainda na parte da manhã.

    café da manhã Ok cama confortável

    banheiro precisando de reforma urgente teto e azulejos manchados chuveirinho vazando, impossível usar não tem secador de cabelos não tem abajur na mesa de cabeceira ar condicionado antigo e barulhento vejo que os apartamentos estão sendo reformados, mas o 141 onde fiquei está péssimo.

    Fomos acordados às 03:00 horas da manhã por um telefonema da portaria reclamando do som da TV, quando a origem do som era em outro quarto.

    Me colocaram em um qiarto no 17o andar, e um vizinho de porta fez barulhos ensirdecedores em ambas as noites. Para minha surpresa, esse vizinho mora no hotel, portanto ja sabiam do problema. O hotel estava totalmente vazio, por que fizeram isso? Parece que foi de ma fé!

    O quarto reformado é muito bom, confortável, chuveiro maravilhoso. O café da manhã eh super bem servido.

    O corredor do quarto tinha um cheiro insuportável de cigarro. Quartos sem acústica, foi possível ouvir tudo.
